Forever living products company has moved to Horizon Podol at the beginning of November. The biggest company in the world which deals with growing, manufacturing, distribution of products made of Aloe Vera.

There is no construction works of a 9-storeyed building at the moment, 5-storeyed building is fully occupied.

Erection of Building 1 is over, finishing operations were started, including laying marble and elevation tiles. The elevation will be finished in the classical style, in the spirit of the early 20th century, with special elevation tiles ordered for that purpose. The photograph below shows preparation of the building for elevation finishing. Installation of engineering networks is in progress, too.

April 16, 2009 a City Planning Council took place, where the construction of 2 office projects was considered: 9, Naberezhno-Kreschatitskaya Str. ("Horizon Podol Business Center") and 4, Gospitalnaya Str. After discussion the members of the City Planning Councіl approved the architectural part of the projects.

Five-storey building:

- presently the works for façade heat insulation are being finished, then the façade will be covered with the stucco and will be painted.

Five-storey building:

Roof construction has been completed.

Front elevation has been warmed, at the moment the front elevation décor elements are being mounted and the front elevation is being pained.

5-storeyed building:

Readiness – 95%.

For façade decoration, only installation of ceramic granite boards along the perimeter of the 1st floor remained.
