Chris started his real estate career in New Zealand in 1989 as an architectural designer. He opened his 1st LTD at 20 years old, building up an architectural consulting company, and 3 years into it opened his 2nd LTD, a construction company, growing them steadily for nearly 10 years at which he gained professional business development, sales and construction and design experience that gave him a strong platform which to build his career on in Ukraine.
Following his heart, Chris relocated to Ukraine in 2001, during his career in Kiev he has worked as sales Director for with most prominent commercial real estate Development Company in Kiev in Horizon Capital Partners (currently employer) and become a Director for Jones Lang LaSalle's real estate consulting office in Kiev.
Chris's responsibilities during his career in Kiev have been mainly focused on sales and asset managing the real estate portfolios including biggest office portfolio of Horizon Capital Partners that includes 15 office buildings inhabitant by over 120 international clients but with a more hands on approach, including managing the leasing and facility management and budgeting and financial reporting of the portfolio for owners. He also manages marketing, tenant and public relations, business development and is very involved in deal closing, from initial selling, contract negotiations, and coordination of office renovations through to occupancy. Chris’s construction and design experience also enables him to consult at the initial design stages for new developments.
Leasing and Tenant Relations Manager
Svetlana Protsenko graduated from the faculty of foreign languages of the Nezhyn State Pedagogical University.
Svetlana Protsenko had been working for Horizon Parkfrom July 2001 and to date she has got a 12-year experience in the office real estate, working as a Leasing and Tenant Relations Manager at such business centers like “Horizon Office Towers”, “Horizon Park Business Center”, “Horizon Podol Business Center”.
Svetlana Protsenko has got the following responsibilities: leasing office spaces, looking for new tenants, work with potential and current clients; conducting negotiations, from the first tour, execution of the lease through office renovation management and relocation of companies; producing monthly reports for shareholders, budgeting; tenants’ lease obligations compliance control; management of expanding and expiring tenants; day-to-day communication with tenants’ requests, complaints; creating infrastructure for a business centre.
