We are happy to inform all repair works have finished and the Embassy of Canada has moved to the new office on the 15th of April.

At the moment there are rearrangements for new tenant – The Embassy of Canada. They are expected to move in spring.

Elevation finishing is nearing completion, the building has been plastered and painted with yellow masonry paint. The elevation color perfectly matches the color of the elevation of the Roman Catholic Church of St. Alexander located next to it. Interior decoration of premises is underway.

April, 23 the interior works are in full speed : plasterboard walls were installed and painted, the suspending selling frame and conditioning system have been mounted.

- installation of raised floor and carcass for suspended ceiling is going on.

- office walls and columns are already faced with plasterboard and painted, metal plastic double window frames are being installed, air conditioning system is being mounted.

- the works for organization of entrance group are actively conducted: finishing with granite tile, the stairs is completed in concrete.

Works to accomplish the building entrance group have been practically completed.

Construction and assembly operations fully completed, the building is ready for occupation
