Pfizer - one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies joined our business family. Pfizer moved to Horizon Park Business Centre at the end of June and occupy the 12th and 13th of Building 2.

The infrastructure has spread from the beginning of June for the convenience of our tenants. American dry-cleaning and shoe-repair have appeared on the first floor of Building 2.

For convenience of our tenants we are arranging full infrastructure of services. At the nearest future in Building 2 we are planning to open American dry-cleaning, shoe-repair point and notary office.

From the back side of Building 1 opposite to Metropolis café we arranged parking for the tenants of business center and for the visitors of establishment.

Tengiz Cargo Trade has shifted in Building 2, they lease part of the Second floor. Tengiz Cargo Trade is the market leader of international traffic for many years.

We would like to inform that underground garage is already operating in Building 2 on the minus 2 and minus 3 levels from the October 2010.

On the 7th of December 2010 “Helious” beauty salon has opened in the second Building on 12, Amosova str. Here you can find any services you need: they offer all kinds of hairstyling, manicure, pedicure, solarium, massage and cosmetologist.

On the 8th of October our ranks of tenants has joined “Merck and Co., Inc”. It is international research pharmaceutical company, 73 thousands of people work for the company. “Merck and Co., Inc” is the owner of 30 factories for manufacturing of pharmaceutical products. This company has many offices which situated in 120 countries allover the world, the medicine are sold in more than 200 countries of the world.

On the 20th of September the new tenant Quintiles Company has shifted into the second Building. It is the worldwide leader of the clinical research; more than 20 000 employees work for the company in more than 50 offices allover the world. The company was found in 1982 in North Carolina, it successfully exists in Russia for more than 10 years and its offices are represented in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk and Ukraine.

Soon new tenants will arrive that is why there is a necessity to increase the parking places. We enlarged the number of parking places behind the Building 1 and Building 2.
