We are glad to announce that in December Altium company has moved into HPBC I on Grinchenko.
Bel Shostka Ukraine celebrates their 6 years anniversary in HPBC I and Nufarm observes a year staying in our Business Center on Grinchenko.
On Amosova ACC has spent 4 years in the first tower as well as IBM has been for 2 years in the second tower of HPBC II.

Lease anniversaries in HPBC

We are happy to announce that in November L’Oreal located on Grinchenko celebrates their 7 years anniversary along with ZF Friedrichshafen that has stayed for 6 years in HPBC I.

On Amosova Ferrero has spent 7 years with us as well as AON and 3M have been in our Business Center for 4 years this month. In November DS Group celebrates their 3 years anniversary in HPBC II, and Apotex observes 2 years staying in our Business Center.

Cisco celebrates their 6-years anniversary staying in Horizon Park Business Center on Grinchenko. Also Pfizer has spent two years in the 2d tower of HPBC II on Amosova.
We’d like to share the news that Fresh Factory, which is in HPBC II on Amosova, has changed their design so that nobody could disturb you while enjoying your lunch.
The Flower Shop that is in the lobby of the 2nd tower of HPBC II has broadened the range of flowers.

In August there are many companies which celebrate their lease anniversaries at our Business Center. Sona Pharm has spent 7 years with us, as well as Shell has been for 6 years with us and Krushe and Company has stayed for 2 years in HPBC.

Allen Port has stayed for 5 years in Horizon Park Business Center on Grinchenko, 4 along with CBRE who celebrates 4 years anniversary staying with us.

Sandoz as well as ING Bank celebrate their anniversary staying in the 2d tower of Horizon Park Business Center on Amosova.
