The building of the second stage of Horizon Park Business Center is in progress.

The space of the building will be equal to 40 000 m² of А class office premises. The business centre will consist of two buildings: the first building of 21 floors and the second will have 18 floors. The premises in the building will have open planning. Here will be placed the biggest in Kyiv underground multilevel parking destined for 1500 parking places, as well as quite big free external parking lot for guests. For the convenience of our future tenants the following infrastructure is planned in the business centre: café, restaurant, shop, conference halls, fitness centre, hotel rooms, etc. Also the services for tenants include free shuttle bus to the nearest metro station.

Another plus of the business centre is its location, convenient road interchange passes here, as well as at the distance of 15-20 minutes walk there is metro station “Palats Ukraina” (Ukraine Palace) and metro station “Republican stadium”.

Building 1 of the Business Centre was commissioned in the fall of 2009. Building 2 is now nearing completion and is planned to be commissioned in the spring of 2010.

Tenants have already moved to Building 1. They include known international companies: Astelit (Life mobile communication operator), Platinum Bank, the American Chamber of Commerce, AON, 3М, Group M, LAFARGE.

The facade of Horizon Park Business Center in Amosova St., 12, city of Kyiv, was designed by Frontex investment and development company, specializing in design and arrangement of outside self-bearing fencing strictures of the new generation offered by Canada’s ZERRINGERcompany.

ZERRINGER design solutions enable us to produce ready-made fencing structures not only with the highest reliability, safety and energy conservation standards. Façade design also considers the natural internal illuminance and the view from the window, the building occupants will enjoy.

Possessing vast experience of outside fencing stricture production, Frontex company relies only on the best technologies and materials. They include ZERRINGER aluminium facade systems (of Canadian manufacture), AGC glass (Asahi Glass Company, Japan), heat insulation materials of the Finnish PAROC concern, and aluminium panels of the German NOVELIS concern.

Best technologies and materials made it possible to produce a facade possessing a double strength margin against extreme storms (recorded once in 50 years), seismic stability of up to 7 points, energy conservation performance 20% higher than the most exacting standards, and a substantial reduction in the effects of excessive insolation.

Guided by the rule “Do not expect what you don’t inspect”, Frontex company not only relied on designed models but consistently invited best specialists to perform facade environmental tests directly on site. The environmental test results in many respects surpassed the design values, once again proving that only a dedicated approach and attention to the work can bring us one step closer to perfection.
