ISA Prime Developments Company continues construction of Phase 2 of Horizon Park Business Center (HPBC 2) – 40,000 square meters at Mykoly Hrinchenka St., 4, Kyiv. Erection of the 18th floor of 18-storeyed Building 1 и the 18th floor of 19-storeyed Building 2 is nearing completion. You may judge of the progress of construction by a photograph made on the 25th of March, 2009.
