The first leaseholders will arrive at the building 1 HPBC II as soon as in September. All construction and assembling works have been completed for the most part. At the moment, the works to organize parking lots in front of and behind the building are being under way

Works are being completed to cover the roof of an open parking lot to be the parking area in front of the central entrance into the building

Elevators by OTIS Company have been installed

Trestle has been organized – access route to the central entrance from Amosov St., and access route to a five-storey parking area.
